My name is Dr. Georgios Xydias, a native of Düsseldorf. I am a plastic surgeon who is passionately and now exclusively dedicated to the treatment of lipoedema. As one of the few specialists in this field, I have spent years working intensively on this clinical picture and have gained extensive experience in the surgical treatment of lipoedema. I performed my first liposuctions back in 2006 and currently perform several hundred very successful lipoedema treatments every year.
My aim is not only to help my patients overcome the physical symptoms of lipoedema, but also to improve their self-confidence and quality of life. This gives them noticeably more personal freedom. Through my in-depth training, continuous further training and numerous successful operations, I have developed a deep understanding of the needs and wishes of my patients.
